Mystery Valley Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Lithonia, Georgia.
Mystery Valley Golf Club first opened for play in 1966. The golf course is player friendly, but it will test your long game, as well as your short game.
Sitting on 265 acres of native Georgia pines, Mystery Valley Golf Course tempts golfers with 18 holes of challenging play. This par 72 course is aptly named with an intriguing collection of winding par 5s and one of Atlanta's most demanding par 4s, which is the watery 15th hole.
This 6700-yard jewel lies 5 miles from Stone Mountain Park and is open daily from 7:30 a.m. weekdays/7:00 a.m. weekends until dusk.

This is one of the best, if not the best, bargains in Dekalb County. Play it and enjoy it.

This is probably the best public course in Dekalb County for the value. It's a public course with the semi-private course appeal.

Maybe I came on an off day, but it seemed the staff was very unorganized. They acted like they providing service to golfers was an unwelcome interruption.
The good news, the course was in great condition however more yardage markers would have been helpful. Particularly because the course yardage books sold for $13.00! This seems far above the average cost of yardage books for other courses.
It seems rare that the pro shops are opened before 7:30 and this one is no exception.
